So i can agree with you on a couple of things from your post. Yes it is kinda inappropriate to see someone in just a tshirt and their undies in the "buttcrack" of dawn. It is very annoying when you have a neighbor that thinks they are funny but really are not. Nothing really about the serial killer except i think you are taking that out of assumption, and we all know where assumptions get us. About the speeding, that actually is something to complain about, just due to the fact they could seriously hurt someone, and i could see where you wouldnt want some random person just walking through an "unsecure" back yard. On the first part about the kids and parents, kids will be kids and he does want to look cool in front of his friends, they're his friends and you're the neighbor with the coolest car, so of course he will brag. Almost all kids these days have cell phones. I dont agree with that, what happend to "here is 50 cents, call when you're done."?
Now you didnt think i was going to completly agree with you did you? Okay good. The first family, nothing there only because any kid under the age of 10 are going to be brats (everyone was a "brat")the second neighbor you say starts talking to you when you take your dogs out at 7 am, but then later you also say "I do not appreciate you waiting in your car for your children in the morning and honking your horn..at 7 am... everyone is still sleeping.. go in and get them." But if you dislike all of your other neighbors then why do you care if they get woken up? Remember you're outside letting your dogs out at that time so you're already awake. Also why are you concerned about what your other bothersome neighbors do to the home that they purchased "2. The DAY you moved in, you tore down your already high fence to put up a taller one because you "have big dogs"." Maybe he is protecting your defensless little dogs that are probably more annoying than the kids who walk through your UNFENCED yard. Who the hell cares if they make footprints in your snow. OH GOD FORBID!!! Honey they walked through the snow that I made! Yeah because you own weather patterns and the freaking snow that falls on the grass that your house happens to sit on. Yes i understand that you too bought your property and that yes in fact it is by law your yard, but not your snow. Oh and back to the "serial killer" have you ever though that maybe those are his work hours, or would you like to play FBI too and go into his house and look for "evidence" seeing as his wife is not around anymore. Who knows maybe they are separated, in the middle of a divorce or someother problem. Maybe his work brought him here but hers was back home. What ever the reason im sure it is none of your business. So in conclusion, the point of all this validity, is that my good sir or ma'am, they are your NEIGHBORS!!!! And i really hope that you have to rely on one of them at one time, because that is what NEIGHBORS are there for, to be friendly to be interactive, to be nosy. Like everyone else said if you don't like those neighbors you could always find different ones by moving to a new NEIGHBORHOOD but to me it seems you would do better out in the country where the closest neighbor is a mile away. You can RE this if you want, ill probably read your response, but just to let you know i do see what you are trying to say, but also making a valid point that NEIGHBORS live in NEIGHBORHOODS.
