Wow, I'm glad that I don't live in your neighborhood! I do have a solution for your problems! MOVE!! Get out of the area. Find you 10,000 acres somewhere and build a house in the middle of it! No neighbors, no problems!! Another interesting thing I found about your post. You're the good neighbor, everyone else sucks. Here's a thought: 100 soilders are marching North, one of them turns and marches South. Is the 99 wrong and the 1 right? I seriously doubt it!
