Need legitimate help or loan...... (SKC)

Hi. I am not really sure how to do this. I recently had surgery and moved from a bad neighborhood back to our old one 10 days later. My finances were literally used up before they hit the bank between moving and the funds I used paying out for gas, food and meds with not one but two hospitial stays.I am a single momm with 2 kids. Not to mention the fact that they did surgery on me that lasted 6 hours and the next day I woke up with a scar somewhere other than where I was told it would be and I still have the stone and "tumor thing" they were SUPPOSED TO REMOVE!!!!!! Yes, you read that right. So- I am in the middle of a long road to recovery including probably another surgery. In the meantime I need money to pay bills and find a new doctor. I am looking for a legitimate loan of about $700. I will sign all legal papers and pay back with interest.
