Fine tune your body, mind and spirit with Pilates.
Tuesdays and/or Thursdays – 45-minute classes. Select the best day(s)/time(s) for you!
· 8:00-9:00 a.m.
· 3:30-4:30 p.m.
· 4:30-5:30 p.m.
Class focus is on using Pilates-based principles--core strength; including your abdominal muscles, hip, leg (quads & hamstrings), glutes and lower back. Incorporated are also a number of Yoga moves. Pilates is for everyone and can be individualized depending on your specific needs.
We will work at your pace (beginners to athletes) and cover all the basic Pilate techniques and positions.
--$10 per class. No drop-ins. Same instructor each class--
