This unit belonged to my mother (she passed in Nov.)she was going to have it installed this summer. I don't have any paperwork ,I just now it is an older style but new unit. Model # is CAE060HAC----Brand name is an ICP
I've been told I should be able to get $600 easy for it , I don't have a clue so first person to throw me $500 or best offer from there its yours .
This is also a 3 phase unit and hasn't ever been hooked up.It has a few dings in the coils but thats it
