Needed: KCAI student or Kansas City High School Art Student to decorate 2 Christmas Trees for Realtor open house event. Creativity and imagination to decorate the trees with a Roaring 20's theme. Historical Condo building built in 1928 2 blocks N. of the Plaza (West Plaza) 1 tree with be raffled and 1 will be given away in a contest for Realtors attending the event. This will be an evening open house on Nov. 19th for Realtors to view the model condos for sale. Artist will be paid $50.00 per tree and given a budget for decorations.
