We are needing someone to take over our lease in the beginning of June. The townhome is 2 levels w/ 2 bedroom and 2 bath. It is located on 123rd and Antioch in Pointe Royal. Very nice w/ lots of natural light. There is no deposit, and when the lease is up you will get our $150 deposit back! We need to move due to job change. The lease will be up the end of December.
