Boot Camp Style Fitness Group Starting! (Basehor)

We are beginning a BOOT CAMP STYLE FITNESS GROUP and would like you to join us. The cost is $25 per week/per person, paid in advance monthly (that's only $5 per session!). You will be required to sign a liability waiver to begin. Our location will be The large gazebo at Basehor Park in Basehor, Ks. We will begin training at 6:00 am thru 7:00 am Monday - Friday for the duration of 8 weeks. We'll begin as soon as we get at least 10 members signed up. This group is run by certified personal trainers with an extensive Military background, so be prepared to sweat alot and be a little sore for the next 8 weeks. Here is a list of what you need to bring:
Physical Training Mat
Running Shoes
Water Bottle
