Manage the day to day oversight and support of the current Staff Rewards and Coupons system. Principal Activities/Objectives 1. Interact daily with the current service provider on all issues related to the current Staff Rewards and Coupon systems. 2. Analyze resolve and channel all issues that are sent from the service provider with the appropriate departments to a successful resolution 3. Coordinate and review all check runs monthly 4. Ensure that the guidelines and procedures of the appropriate programs are adhered to 5. Document and maintain documentation on the Staff Rewards and Coupon programs and related support functions.
Know-How To be considered for this position, the incumbent must possess:
• College degree
• Accounting background preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem resolution skills
• Detail oriented • Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Above average skills with MS Office
